Oklahoma City, OK -- (SBWIRE) -- 06/01/2015 -- Metro Technology Centers offers numerous free fitness classes for residents of the Oklahoma City community at absolutely no cost. Some of the different classes that are offered include life dancing, which is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6-7 pm, Metabolic Fitness, which is available the same days at 4:45-5:45 pm and Wednesdays from 6-7pm, Tai Chi, and Yoga Break. All of these classes consist of 12 week sections and they are meant to challenge the body and mind of those who take them.
The 8-week session classes that are offered by Metro Technology Centers include a weight loss class, which is sponsored by Integris Health and starts May1st every Friday from 2:30-3:30 pm. Those who wish to enroll in one or more of these classes can call Metro Tech.
It is the goal of Metro Technology Centers to make residents throughout Oklahoma City happier and healthier by offering these health-related classes. Those who wish to lose weight or just want to start a healthier routine in their lives will find that there are some excellent options available.

Metro Technology Centers is a career and technology center with four campuses. The school was established in 1979 by a vote of the people to serve Oklahoma City in providing career and technology education (CTE). Metro Tech provides full-time career majors for high school and adult students. High school students receive credit toward high school graduation. Both student groups can earn trade certifications and/or licenses.
