Dean Ogan, owner of Rocky Top Hospitality, has announced that Draft Carolina Burgers & Beers is starting a new slate of drink specials Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights effective Jan. 19 that will apply to all of its 44 drafts in-house, as well as other alcoholic beverages on certain occasions.
