The Vietnamese non-life insurance segment grew in value terms from VND9.3 trillion (US$569.3 million) in 2008 to VND18.7 trillion (US$896.7 million) in 2012, at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 19.2% during the review period (2008-2012).
