Fast Food in Israel: New Research Report Available at Fast Market Research
Awareness of health drove fast food manufacturers to develop less processed dishes with better-quality ingredients and lower fat. It is supposed to meet consumers' demand for value for money, being fast and yet less harmful than dishes served in the past. For example, McDonald's launched in 2012 a small notebook describing its process towards healthy dishes whilst Domino's Pizza offered 100% mozzarella cheese on its pizza in 2012.
