Self-service cafeterias continued to expand in 2013, driven by the expansion of the supermarket chains. In fact the leading grocery retailers, namely Tesco, Asda, Morrisons, Sainsbury?s and Marks & Spencer, accounted for 70% of outlets in self-service cafeterias at the end of the review period.
