1 in 4 Men Above 30 Years Old Have Low Levels of Testosterone, Study Shows
Based on the November issue of the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism, 1 in 4 men over 30 has low testosterone levels. Basically, as men age they are most likely to experience a decrease in testosterone levels which could to various symptoms such as decreased muscle development, low sex drive and stamina. Moreover, the low level of testosterone in men could also lead to erectile dysfunction, depression, osteoporosis and mood swings.
