Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties has announced that Nathaniel Pettiford, a real estate advisor at the firm, negotiated the lease for Luxury Box Sports Bar located in Cornerstone Commons, at Marvino Way and Country Trail. The second generation sports bar with patio seating covers 4,774 square feet. Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties represented the landlord, JDH Capital, in this negotiation.
