Matthew Sawchak Joins Faculty of Campbell Law School

STATE Contracting, Inc. Completes Road Upgrades for Wake Technical Community College Project

Deborah Todd, president of STATE Contracting, Inc., has announced that the privately held firm, specializing in site development and roadway improvement, has completed multiple construction upgrades for Wake Technical Community College’s Health Sciences campus at 2901 Holsten St. off Sunnybrook Road, near WakeMed Hospital in Raleigh. For the community college’s satellite location, STATE provided road widening, upgrades to sidewalks, curbs and gutters, and entrance improvements. The project began in May 2011 and ended five months later. The contract for STATE’s work, awarded by Wake Tech, was approximately $100,000.
