It involves detecting and interrupting conflicts, identifying and treating the highest risk individuals, and changing social norms. The results show reductions in violence of up to 70%. Recognizing that all forms of violence from gun violence to domestic violence is contagious. Dr. Slutkin's message is "Be Part of the Cure."
