Augusta city residents will soon have a new Walmart Neighborhood Market in their neighborhood. North Augusta, South Carolina has opened its first Park and Ride and expectations are high. Sixty new village lots are coming to Hayne's Station in Augusta, Georgia. The home builder, Bill Beazley Homes, announced plans for the new phase in their blog last week. This will be Hayne's Station's fifth construction phase. The third and fourth phases were added earlier in the year, which included a total of 53 lots. "This surge in development is a testament to how highly sought after this neighborhood is," said Bill Beazley Homes in their blog.

Last week on their blog, Prudential Beazley Real Estate announced that Grovetown, Georgia will be growing in the next few years, especially off the Grovetown exit. "Developers are currently forging ahead on plans for a 35-acre commercial development the keystone of which will be an 114,000 square-foot Kroger Marketplace." said Prudential Beazley Real Estate. The large shopping center will include nine retail and restaurant out parcels in addition to the Augusta area's first Kroger Marketplace.
