Did you know that Medicare and Medicaid have already paid out $5 billion dollars for meaningful use through its EHR incentive programs? Hospitals have received $3.3 billion and other providers, $1.7 billion. Are you missing out? The EHR is an important tool for healthcare providers everywhere. In health systems with significant ambulatory activity and owned physician practices, an enterprise-wide system makes sense especially where patients move between physicians and many other services. HSMN has assisted healthcare organizations in developing EHR specification requirements for many years, facilitating the right match.

Advertising a business correctly is a very difficult task, one that is best left to the experts. Business owners who don’t have the necessary experience can very quickly waste thousands of dollars on ads that simply don’t give their business any return.

In today’s world of computers and electronics, many children’s toys have been transformed from simple figurines and building blocks to technologically advanced games. While some of these electronic games provide children with an educational outlet, the power of a child’s imagination cannot be underestimated. And no other type of toys allows children to explore their creativity and use their imagination like traditional wooden toys.

We maintain our medium-term forecasts for Mozambique's mining sector as a number of major projects remain on course to enter the fray over the next few years. We expect the value of the country's mining sector will reach US$639mn in 2016, from US$86mn in 2010. This growth supports our bullish view for the Mozambican economy and will see the mining sector rise from 0.9% of GDP in 2010 to 2.1% in 2016. Almost all of the country's coal production will be exported and thus the country will become a key driver of export growth in future, with India and China the main destinations.

BMI continues to see only lacklustre growth in the Polish auto sector over the course of 2012, not least because the industry is so production and export focused, with a particular emphasis on supplying vehicles to Western Europe, where consumer spending continues to falter as the eurozone crisis rumbles on. According to Reuters, as much as 98% of autos produced in Poland are intended for shipment overseas, with the country's export industry valued at US$16bn in 2012. Poland is under increasing pressure from Slovakia as a cheap Central European manufacturing hub and may be forced to look east as it seeks to escape economic stagnation in its traditional auto markets. However, there is reason for optimism as Poland's Deputy Finance Minister Dominik Radziwill recently declared in an interview with the Rzeczpospolita newspaper that he expected economic growth in 2012 to reach between 3% and 3.5%, far beyond European Commission forecasts of 2.5%. Auto production accounts for around 7% of Poland's industrial output so continues to play an important part in ensuring the country's general economic wellbeing although remains subject to economic fluctuations behind its borders and beyond its control. Poland's auto sector was valued at between EUR18.7bn (US$23bn) and EUR19.1bn (US$23.6bn) in 2011, according to the Warsaw Business Journal, and will continue to hold its breath in 2012 as Germany and France try to lead Europe out of recession. Poland itself is experiencing unemployment at a five-year high of 13%, according to The Economist, but the country should at least receive a timely economic boost from the influx of tourists visiting in June and July 2012 for the UEFA Euro 2012 football tournament, which Poland is co-hosting with Ukraine.

Saudi Arabia's three mobile operators reported strong financial results in Q112, benefiting from increased usage of high-value services. Incumbent STC recorded a 12% and 60% y-o-y growth in consolidated revenue and net income respectively, while Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) recorded 12% and 21% y-o-y growth in revenues and profits for its Saudi operations. Although third-ranked Zain KSA is still in the red in terms of profits, the operator cut its losses by 18% in Q112 compared to Q111 after a 3% y-o-y revenue growth in the same period.

Venezuela's real estate sector is like none other in Latin America. In essence, the government - and, thanks to a variety of populist policies, the public sector - is the key player. For years, the government ran a sizeable budget deficit (in spite of the general upward trend in revenues that it received from the energy sector). High inflation has discouraged savings and investment. Populist government policies have also discouraged the long-term commitment of funds to real estate projects. Investors look for real appreciation in capital values. However, it is relatively difficult to identify what is going on as a result of the low level of transactions, particularly in the commercial sub-sectors. Parties who are lucky enough to actually own prime property have little incentive to sell - in a country where there is, and will continue to be, a chronic shortage.

The latest results, in relation to 2011, published by South Africa's life companies highlight their strengths and competitive advantages in a global context. Most have benefited from at least some of the following factors: rising demand for long-term savings products from 'retail mass' customers; development of new products; realisation of benefits of long-standing programs to boost the profitability of the products that are sold, and synergies from combinations of businesses. Unlike their counterparts in other countries, they appear to have suffered relatively little from the volatility in global financial markets, which intensified through 2H11. In general, they are upbeat about the prospects of (much) smaller new businesses in other countries throughout Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA).

Core Views Estonia's economic growth will slow to 2.7% in 2012 in real GDP terms, from 7.6% in 2011. While this remains the strongest economic growth figure in the eurozone, the economy is not immune from the weakened external demand in the bloc, which we expect to contract by an aggregate 0.5% this year. A high degree of uncertainty over the future of eurozone economic growth will feed through to lower private consumption and investment growth, both of which have been integral drivers of economic recovery in the Baltic country. We expect the fiscal deficit to widen in 2012 before narrowing in 2013 and coming into balance in 2016. Moreover, while we expect government plans to use fiscal reserves to cover the deficit to be sufficient, in the event that international debt markets must be tapped, we believe it would be on favourable terms to Estonia owing to the country's strong fiscal credentials and the lowest public debt load in the eurozone. The recent rise in popular support for opposition parties in Estonia is a trend likely to continue during the centre-right coalition's term. An increasingly challenging economic environment combined with ongoing fiscal austerity will stoke public dissatisfaction with the ruling coalition. However, we do not expect this to unseat the government. Major Forecast Changes We have revised our forecast for Estonia's real GDP growth in 2012 to 2.7% from 3.1% previously following 7.6% real GDP growth in 2011. A persistently deteriorating economic outlook in the eurozone stemming from a failure by policymakers to comprehensively address the eurozone sovereign debt crisis will weigh on external demand for Estonian exports. Owing to strong inflationary pressures in Estonia at the start of the year, we have revised our forecast for average consumer price inflation up to 4.2% in 2012 from 3.5% previously. This is due to an anticipated combination of elevated energy and food prices over the course of 2012. Key Risks To Outlook As a member of the eurozone, Estonia remains highly exposed to the sovereign debt crisis, an intensification of which would have a deleterious impact on Estonia's macroeconomic outlook.
