The Chef’s Academy, located at 664 E. Washington St., will offer lunch and dinner on Monday, Jan. 30; breakfast, lunch and dinner on Tuesday, Jan. 31; and breakfast and lunch on Wednesday, Feb. 1. Breakfast will be priced at $10 and served from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m., lunch will cost $15 and will run from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and dinner is $20 and will be open from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. All local hospitality professionals and children ages six through 12 will receive 50 percent off their meal.
